CBS fight Janet 'wardrobe malfunction' fine

US TV network CBS has once more appealed against a $550,000 (€430,833) fine imposed after Janet Jackson's 2004 Super Bowl 'wardrobe malfunction'.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) have so far strictly maintained the breast-baring incident violated strict federal regulations against broadcasting indecent material, and fined 20 stations owned by the broadcast giant.
