Blanchett hints at more kids, return to Oz

Cate Blanchett is considering putting her acting career on hold to settle down and extend her family.

The 37-year-old native of Melbourne, Australia confesses her nomadic career can put a huge strain on family life and says: "I want to settle down, to put down roots."

When asked if those roots could be in her homeland she says: "Yeah, that's a big part of it. And I want to have more kids. Another couple maybe."

Blanchett has two children with husband Andrew Upton.
