Harrelson allegedy chokes photographer

Actor Woody Harrelson was involved in an alleged assault on a photographer Thursday night as he left a Hollywood nightclub.

The Los Angeles Police Department is conducting a criminal investigation into the incident that occurred at approximately 11:30pm outside celebrity hot spot Element.
