David Byrne announced as new National Concert Hall chairman

Former European Health Commissioner David Byrne has been announced as the new Chairman of the Board of the National Concert Hall.

The incoming board of directors also includes Paddy Moloney of the Chieftains.

The board will serve for the next five years.
