Townshend taking it slowly with autobiography

The Who fans are concerned Pete Townshend will never complete his memoirs, because it has taken him a decade to cover his first 24 years.

The veteran musician, who celebrates his 61st birthday tomorrow, began compiling his memoirs in 1996, and has yet to make it to his 1970s heyday.
