Brokeback director Lee honoured by home town

Oscar-winning director Ang Lee was honoured by his home town of Tainan in Taiwan today with an “Ang Lee Day” and a poster of his most recent success, the gay romance Brokeback Mountain.

Lee was on a rare visit to his native town to celebrate his mother’s 80th birthday.
