Diana photographers ordered to pay €1 in damages
Three paparazzi who photographed Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed on the night of their deaths were ordered to pay damages of €1 by a French court yesterday.
The case against Jacques Langevin, Christian Martinez and Fabrice Chassery was reopened by Dodi's father Mohamed al-Fayed in the Paris Appeal Court last year, despite two previous hearings ruling the photographers were merely doing their job.
