Pharrell Williams' album finally ready

Hip-hop music mogul Pharrell Williams has finally finished his debut solo album In My Mind after fine-tuning songs he was unhappy with.

The Neptunes producer, who has written and produced tracks for Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson and Snoop Dogg, was originally set to release In My Mind in December, but he decided he needed to create a new song to surpass hit single Can I Have It Like That.

He tells MTV: "I put one (single) out and I'm like: 'OK.' When I was getting ready to come up with my second one, I was like, 'Yeah, but…'

"I'm done now, I'm finally done. Just wait till you hear it. Forget about it!"

In My Mind, which features appearance from Jay-Z and Slim Thug, will hit shops this spring.
