The Office star Lucy Davis was rushed to hospital over the Christmas period with suspected kidney failure.

The 32-year-old, who plays receptionist Dawn Tinsley in the cult BBC series, was spending Christmas with her comedian father Jasper Carrot when she collapsed in agonising pain and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, England.
