Cameron Diaz passed up the chance to look glam when she dressed to keep out the cold at the UK premiere of her new film.

Diaz, 33, shielded herself against the elements with a heavy cream coat, and jeans as she attended last night’s Leicester Square premiere of her In Her Shoes.
