Voight wishes Jolie the best with Pitt

Actor Jon Voight has voiced his approval of his daughter Angelina Jolie's reported romance with Brad Pitt.

The Mr and Mrs Smith co-stars have been photographed together on several occasions in recent months, but are still refusing to confirm or deny whether or not they're a couple.

But Voight, who is estranged from his stunning offspring, has stepped forward to wish them all the best.

He says: "Brad's a nice guy, I'm sure he'll take care of her. I really hope they're happy together."
