Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher is offering advice and inspiration to her female fans in a new book she plans to release next year.

The 40-year-old brunette beauty, who has been enjoying a resurgence in popularity since the debut of her acclaimed TV show, plans to share a few life lessons in Burnt Toast, which is scheduled to be published in the spring.
