Katie Holmes feels no guilt about her split from fiance Chris Klein - despite getting together with new beau Tom Cruise only a few weeks later.

The former Dawson's Creek star was first snapped stepping out with superstar Cruise in April, just a month after ending her five-year relationship with American Pie star Klein.
