Mother-to-be Britney Spears is gearing up for a fresh legal battle, after being slapped with a lawsuit from a songwriter.

Songwriter Steve Wallace filed suit in Indianapolis this week, claiming that Spears performed his song Sometimes without permission or compensation, reports MTV News.
