The Corrs sued over Breathless tune

Irish supergroup The Corrs are being sued by a Los Angeles songwriter, who claims they stole his tune for their 2000 hit Breathless.

Jenesee Ricco is demanding $50,000 (€37,185) from the group's record company Atlantic Records, claiming the family ripped off their tune from his own, also entitled Breathless.

He tells news show Celebrity Justice: "It was just stolen. I wanna get paid for that song. They don't have the right to just take it."
