Osbourne arrest threat

Rock heiress Kelly Osbourne could be arrested when she lands in Australia next month - after fleeing charges down under three years ago.

The reality TV star-turned-singer was arrested and charged with underage drinking during a trip to Australia when she was 17 - a year shy of the 18 age limit - but Osbourne left the country before paying a mandatory fine.

The 20-year-old may face justice when she returns to the antipodes in March to host the MTV Australian Video Music Awards.
