Kerr slams Bono for political 'suck up'

British rock star Jim Kerr has slammed Bono for "shamefully sucking up" to leading politicians.

The Simple Minds singer hit out at Bono after he appeared with British Prime Minister Tony Blair and former US President Bill Clinton last week to make a plea for African poverty relief.
