Halle keeps fortune intact

Halle Berry has walked away from her painful marriage to Eric Benet with her fortune intact.

Benet had threatened to challenge the couple's pre-nuptial agreement but chose not to and the divorce became final earlier this week.

The legal papers state that Berry will keep the Hollywood Hills home where the couple lived with Benet's daughter India and both parties will walk away with their own fortunes and nothing else.

Berry split from her husband of three years last year due to his sex addiction and unfaithfulness.
