Madsen wins court limo battle

Kill Bill and Reservoir Dogs star Michael Madsen has escaped a court battle for the second time this year in a row over payment of a limousine bill.

California company Select Limousine Service filed suit to reclaim an unpaid bill in May but the case was dismissed.

Madsen was sued by another limousine company, AGP, earlier this year. The actor settled that suit out of court.
