Madsen wins court limo battle

Kill Bill and Reservoir Dogs star Michael Madsen has escaped a court battle for the second time this year in a row over payment of a limousine bill.

California company Select Limousine Service filed suit to reclaim an unpaid bill in May but the case was dismissed.
