Ja Rule plans royal smoke with Harry

American hip-hop star Ja Rule has extended an invitation to British royal Prince Harry to share some marijuana joints with him.

The Always on Time rapper, who is renowned for his appetite for the illegal drug, is aware of previous British tabloid allegations Harry tried the substance.

Rule said: "They should make him King of England. He can hang with me at any time and we'd smoke up some trees."
