From Canada comes this half-decent film which ought to have been so much better.

When Angelo (Kirby) and old school pal Nino (Miller) set up home together their respective families don't take it kindly, especially when they decide to adopt.

It's an interesting attempt to consider the problems and delights of relationships, however unconventional they might be, but the film, sadly, misses so many opportunities to take a more serious look at the emerging from the closet, without losing any of the wit or style.

It is a flawed Canadian-Italian piece that deserved to be better.
