Gibson named Producer of the Year

Mel Gibson's religious epic The Passion of the Christ has earned the movie mogul a new tag - Hollywood Producer of the Year.

The Mad Max star will receive his honour at the upcoming Hollywood Film Festival next month.

Among the other honourees at the festival are John Travolta, Jamie Foxx and Keira Knightley.
