Lil' Kim rejects wild image

Rap beauty Lil' Kim has hired spin company 5W Public Relations to improve her image before her February perjury trial.

The company has advised Lil' Kim to support high profile charities - including Mercedes-Benz Carousel Of Hope to benefit childhood-diabetes research and the Blossom Project that combats domestic violence - to improve her reputation, after she pleaded not guilty to the charges of lying to a grand jury investigating the shootout involving members of her entourage outside Manhattan radio station Hot 97.
