Diaz wins her day in court

Actress Cameron Diaz is to get her day in court with the photographer she claims tried to extort her over topless pictures she posed for at the beginning of her career.

Snapper John Rutter allegedly forged Cameron's signature on a model's release, then asked her for millions of dollars for the semi-nude shots he took a decade ago.
