Renee gets green light to shed pounds

Renee Zellweger has been given permission to start losing weight, after filming for 'Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason' finished.

The stunning actress had to gain almost 30lbs to play the famous singleton and she wasn't allowed to lose weight until producers had decided that there was no need to re-shoot any of the scenes.
