TV housemates nominate their choices for eviction
Big Brother contestants nominated their housemates for eviction today.
The 11 housemates were given just half-an-hour to decide who they want booted out.
Bookies make former asylum seeker Ahmed and sex-mad Michelle the favourites to get the axe.
Each housemate was asked to nominate two housemates in the diary room this afternoon – and give a reason for their choice.
The housemates with the most nominations will face a public vote and the loser will be asked to leave on Friday.
A Big Brother spokeswoman said the contestants and public will learn who is up for eviction tomorrow.
She said: “Any housemate refusing to make a nomination or failing to provide Big Brother with a satisfactory reason for their nomination will receive a formal warning.”
Michelle’s under-the-sheets antics could prove to be her downfall – she is now the girl most likely to get evicted from the Big Brother house.
After two nights sleeping alone, Stuart climbed back into her bed this morning but rejected her advances saying, “My eyes are drooping.”
Michelle, 23, replied “You drive me crazy“, but managed to get nothing more than a snog from the psychology student.
Even if Stuart had wanted more, the pair were interrupted by the likes of Victor, Daniel and Jason who kept walking into the bedroom.
The Geordie remains besotted with psychology student Stuart after spending two lustful nights with the 20-year-old.
She told housemate Victor: “Why does he say those things and then, the next night, he doesn’t want to be next to me?”
Bookies say Michelle, 23, has lost the public’s support because of her behaviour with Stuart.
She is now the favourite woman to be evicted from the house at 4-1.
Ahmed remains odds-on favourite to go at 4-7 while Marco is third favourite at 7-1.
Meanwhile, South African blonde Vanessa has spoken about her difficulties finding a man.
“That’s my problem ... I can’t find anybody good enough for me.
“Nobody can come up to the level I’m expecting – they all fall short. Englishmen ... they like their women to be quieter,” she said.
Big Brother was watched by an average 2.8 million viewers on Saturday and Sunday night, peaking at 3.5 million.
The figures are the lowest yet for this series of the reality show.
A spokeswoman said this was typical of weekend viewing and mirrored the figures for equivalent Saturday night shows last year.
She said: “Traditionally the weekend ratings are always slightly lower than in the week.
“This has happened over the last five series and is not anything new.”
Today, last year’s winner, Orkney fisherman Cameron Stout has criticised the new-style show.
He told Simon Mayo on Radio 5 Live that the new series “wasn’t in the spirit of Big Brother ... and was more about performance and less about interactivity”.
Kathryn “Kitten” Pinder, from Brighton, was on Friday the first person to be evicted from the house. The producers kicked her out for breaking the rules - the first time they have decided and not the viewing public.
