Hilton ends jewellery row

Socialite Paris Hilton has settled a legal dispute with a jewellery company, Kwiat Inc, after losing a 159,500-dollar bracelet they lent her for last year’s Oscars.

Hilton claimed the bracelet was faulty and kept falling off her wrist so she put it in a glove compartment of a friend’s car.

Someone broke into the car, she said, and stole the bracelet.

Kwiat filed a lawsuit against her but they’ve now settled out of court for an undisclosed amount.
