Zeta Jones loses out to neighbour in planning row

A businessman who became embroiled in a planning row with Hollywood superstar Catherine Zeta Jones looks set to win his fight to run his firm from home.

Steve Gwynn has been managing his telecommunications business from an outbuilding of a house on the prestigious estate near Swansea, south Wales, where the actress and her family are having a £1m (€1.5m) home built.
