Hello! To appeal Zeta Jones case

Hello! Magazine is to challenge the British High Court victory by Hollywood couple Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas over their wedding photographs.

Mr Justice Lindsay, the judge who awarded the couple and rival OK! Magazine damages totalling more than £1m (€1.45m), has now given permission to appeal.
