Number one record for Pop Idol Michelle
Pop Idol winner Michelle McManus made history as her debut single All This Time shot straight to number one.
The Glaswegian singer became the first Scottish female to make a chart debut at number one.
Michelle, who received 10 million votes in the Pop Idol contest, will enter the Guinness Book of British Hit Singles after her single outsold the former number one, Mad World, by four to one.
Gary Jules is now at number two, while American Kelis's new single Milkshake reached number three.
Ozzy Osbourne and daughter Kelly dropped two places to number four with their duet Changes.
Michelle, 23, said getting to the top of the charts "meant the world" to her. She added: "It feels absolutely amazing, I'm still in a dream-like state, I am extremely grateful to everyone who bought the single, thank you so much. It means the world to me."
Boogie Pimps went straight into the chart at number five with Somebody to Love, while Dancehall star Sean Paul charted at number six with the reggae classic I'm Still In Love With You.
But an intense publicity blitz failed to stem Victoria Beckham's slide down the charts. After reaching number three last week, her new single This Groove/Let Your Head Go dropped four places to number seven. And the Black Eyed Peas' Shut Up fell four places to number eight.
Last year's Pop Idol winner Will Young dropped four places with Leave Right Now, to number 10. But his album Friday's Child is still at number two in the album charts, behind Dido's Life for Rent.
Michael Jackson's Number Ones album was knocked off the number three spot by Black Eyed Peas' Elephunk.
