Stars expected at Dublin's IFTA awards

Stars of the big and small screens will gather in Dublin tonight for the Irish Film and Television Awards.

Among those expected to attend are Colin Farrell, Aidan Quinn, Patrick Bergin and James Nesbitt, who is hosting the event.

Critics are also expected to voice their views at the awards, with the film industry facing the abolition of tax relief at the hands of Finance Minister Charlie McCreevy.
