Blaine recovering after starvation stunt

Illusionist David Blaine was undergoing further tests and receiving treatment in a private hospital today after completing his 44-day starvation stunt.

The US magician was attended by paramedics as he emerged appearing gaunt and crying last night from the Perspex box that has been hanging beside the side of the Thames since September 5.
