Love life of poet Graves to hit big screen
The love life of war poet Robert Graves is to be turned into a film.
British actor James Purefoy, star of Resident Evil, will play the writer.
The film, Poetic Unreason, will centre on the menage a trois between Graves, his wife Nancy and mistress Laura Riding, which scandalised English society in the 1920s.
Graves eventually left England and moved to Majorca with Riding, an American writer.
She was the inspiration behind some of his most famous works, including Goodbye To All That and I, Claudius.
