Cross-dressing comic sells out in New York

Cross-dressing British comic Eddie Izzard has virtually sold out one of New York’s most prestigious venues, despite almost no advertising or promotion.

Amid rave reviews, Izzard’s show Sexie was 97% full on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
