Derry actress hones horse skills in Scott movie

Derry actress Bronagh Gallagher is putting her newly-honed horse-riding skills to the test on the set of Ridley Scott’s latest movie Tristan and Isolde.

The film, produced by Scott and directed by Kevin ‘Waterworld’ Reynolds, tells the tragic medieval tale of an Irish princess who, having quaffed a love potion, finds herself engaged to a king whilst in love with his nephew.
