Roberts to replace pregnant Blanchett in film

Julia Roberts is in negotiations to take over the role intended for Cate Blanchett in Mike Nichols’ adaptation of Patrick Marber's play Closer, according to reports in Hollywood.

Blanchett has had to drop out because she is pregnant with her second child.
