Beyonce explains tomato and cucumber meals
Beyonce Knowles has revealed the extraordinary lengths she goes to in order to maintain her figure.
The Destinyâs Child star sits down to a lunch of six slices of tomato and four slices of cucumber â and nothing else.
âI have to,â she admitted. âPhotos make you fatter, television adds pounds, and discipline is very important in this profession.
âI am not naturally skinny. I am a real woman, Iâve got curves,â she told Bang magazine.
Beyonce has hired a personal nutritionist to accompany her around the world and prepare her low fat, low carbohydrate meals.
She also works out in the gym five days a week and works off the pounds with her energetic dance routines.
The 21-year-old, famed for her âbootyliciousâ behind, has previously admitted that she struggles to keep her weight down.
âI am a natural fat person, just dying to get out. I go through agonies to keep my stomach as flat as possible â though it is never flat enough for me,â she has said
