Millionaire 'cheat' unlikely to appeal

British army major Charles Ingram has said he is unlikely to appeal against his conviction for cheating on the TV quiz Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?, it emerged tonight.

During an interview with BBC News 24, to be broadcast tomorrow, he described his conviction as “absolutely awful” and called the Tonight With Trevor McDonald documentary on the case “disgraceful”.
