Marquesa made 'false statement', High Court told

A key figure in the Catherine Zeta Jones wedding pictures case made a false statement because she was worried about her dependants and 200 dogs, the High Court was told today.

The Marquesa De Varela sat impassively at the back of the court as defence barrister James Price QC described her as a “volatile and impetuous woman”.
