You're too old to make this day, Clint

Blood Work. He's a game old codger, is Clint. The trouble is he's getting a tad too old to be chasing around like this ... he'll do himself harm if he doesn't just sit down and reach for the fluffy slippers.

The trouble is he's getting a tad too old to be chasing around like this ... he'll do himself harm if he

doesn't just sit down and reach for the fluffy slippers.

It's your conventional cops-and-baddies yarn in which Clint plays a retired detective - with a heart transplant - who gets involved in a murder investigation, surrounded by a bunch of stereotypical oddballs.

And, of course, the grizzled one doesn't waste much time in clinching with a lady young enough to be his great-grandchild.

It doesn't look good, Clint, it's the sort of thing could - should - earn you a call from the welfare people...and a couple of stout policemen.

There's nothing new in this so-so thriller, except Clint wheezing his way through the action and not looking good.
