UK Garage star faces firearm charge

A member of chart-topping garage group So Solid Crew is today due in court charged with possessing a firearm and ammunition.

Jason Joab Phillips, 24, of Hercules Road, Lambeth, south London, was arrested in Gerrard Place, central London, on Thursday, police said.

Phillips, who describes himself as a publishing company director, is due at Bow Street Magistrates Court, central London.
