Kelly Osbourne in trouble with Sydney police

Kelly Osbourne could be in trouble with Australian police after being photographed drinking alcohol.

The 17-year-old was pictured drinking an alco-pop at a party in the city.

Under Australian law she is too young to be consuming alcohol.

A Sydney police spokesman told news.com.au: "We've put in a request to speak with Kelly Osbourne and representatives from her record company on her return to Australia.

"Then we'll determine what action should be taken."

Osbourne is due to return to Sydney in December when she will take part in the Rumba music festival.
