Jordan to wed, claim reports

Glamour model Jordan is to wed her boyfriend after a whirlwind romance, it was claimed today.

The delighted model said "yes" when Matt Peacock popped the question during a romantic holiday abroad, The People newspaper said.

A close friend said Jordan, 24, was "truly smitten". Tanning shop worker Matt, 19, was also said to be thrilled.

"She can't shut up about marrying him. She's bubbling - acting like a schoolgirl," the source said.

The paper said Matt's parents had doubts. Jordan and Matt have been seeing each other for just three months after meeting at a Birmingham car show.

The friend said: "They like Jordan but fear the proposal has come too soon. And they are worried that at 19 he may be too young for her."

Former art student Matt has become a "rock" to Jordan - real name Katie Price - since it emerged her baby son Harvey is blind - and she has a rare form of cancer.
