Nsync star in space training

NSync's Lance Bass is at the Russian Space Agency's cosmonaut training centre as he tries to become the next space tourist.

Bass is having talks with the Agency about the possibility of him going into space.

The agency says he arrived at Russia's Star City, which is north of Moscow, last week to participate in some preliminary training.

Russian doctors have cleared Bass for a flight, but space officials said negotiations are still ongoing and a contract had not been signed.

Bass hopes to secure a place on the Soyuz rocket that is to be launched this October to the International Space Station.
