Pop Idol loser Jessica Garlick missed out on the top prize again as Britain was beaten into joint third place in the Eurovision Song Contest.

Pop Idol loser Jessica Garlick missed out on the top prize again as Britain was beaten into joint third place in the Eurovision Song Contest.

The Latvian entry was named winner of the European music extravagance last night with 176 points, after a running battle to the very end with Malta, with 164 votes.
