Lord Of The Rings star set for new romantic comedy

Elijah Wood is to star in a new romantic comedy.

The Lord Of The Rings star will be joined by Franka Potente and Mandy Moore in Try Seventeen.

The film is about a young man who sets off for college and learns more about life and love from the eccentric inhabitants of his apartment building than he learns at school.

Filming is due to begin next month, according to reports.
