The Hives to play Dublin music festival

The Hives are set to make their live debut in Ireland.

They will perform at the Heineken Green Energy Festival, which takes place over the May Bank Holiday weekend in Dublin.

The Hives will play at the Ambassador Theatre on May 5, with special guests to be announced.

Irish music website www.mcd.ie reports tickets go on sale on January 26.
