Derval O'Rourke shares tips for staying healthy from Balance Expo

Health and fitness fans are flocking to Killarney today for Balance Expo, a one-day exhibition encompassing all areas of fitness, health, nutrition and sport.

Experts from each area are available under the roof of the INEC today, including Derval O'Rourke, Roz Purcell, Mary Kennedy and Michéal O'Muircheartaigh.
