EAT THIS 

They’re known for indulgent treats, but Broderick’s Brothers, the Dublin baker brand available in Spar and Insomnia, have launched a healthy range.

Called BC (Before Cake), it includes three different flavours: apple and cinnamon; cocoa and hazelnut and a peanut bar.

And later this year they’ll launch an energy ball with our own Derval O’Rourke.
