Storm’s favourite way to stay fit is to go for a long walk or run outside in the fresh air.

STORM Keating is asking us to dig deep on behalf of the Maire Keating Foundation, the charity her husband Ronan — the former Boyzone singer — and his siblings founded in memory of their mother who died from breast cancer in 1998.

In particular she is asking people to splash out and sponsor a pink rubber duck.
